Serapio's Tortilla Factory is an Oklahoma based compoany, located at 5024 S. W. 36th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. 

Serapio’s Tortilla Factory was founded based on a family history of authentic Mexican food recipes. It began when Serapio Sanchez immigrated to the United States from Mexico in the early 1900's. Serapio and his family went on to share their heritage of fine Mexican food recipes by opening select Mexican Food Restaurants in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Whether El Rancho Sanchez, Don Serapio's, or Serapio's, these family-operated restaurants established a reputation for superior authentic Mexican food.

Today, Serapio's Tortilla Factory expands the tradition by manufacturing high-quality gourmet corn and flour tortillas for the restaurant and food service industries. 

HISTORY OF SERAPIO'S TORTILLA FACTORY

Resonding to the requests for delicious, authentic corn and flour tortillas, Robert Glen (grandson of Serapios Sanchez) opened the doors of Serapio's Tortilla Factory on September of 2002 in Oklahoma City. Beginning with just 10-15 employees with just one shift, Serapio's Tortilla Factory has expanded to an incredible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day with over 75 employees. They make a full line of mouth-watering flour and corn tortilla products - in fact, Serapio's Tortilla Factory makes over hundreds of thousands of tortilla products a day!  And with good reason!
